Manage groups
Create groups to segment members for connection access.
Overview
Manage connection access from group workspace settings. Groups are sets of users that can be used to manage access to connections in Stitchflow.
Configuring groups
Admins can view, create or delete groups in Workspace settings > Groups. Created groups will be listed and include the group name and member count.
Admins can create new groups by clicking Add group. After naming your group, select active users to include in the group.
Once a group is created, their name can still be edited, more members can be added, current members can be removed, actions can be edited, and the group can be deleted.
Managing permissions
Groups are used to set up access overrides for connections. To define group access:
Go to
Connections> Click the...menu on any connection >Manage permissionsClick
Add overrideto grant custom permissions to users and groupsSelect specific fields and actions to grant to the group
Removing access
When a group is removed from an access override, all members of the group will lose access to any boards that contain any field from the connection. Boards cannot be shared with members who do not have user or group access to a connection.
